Randomidi is a MIDI controller plugin designed to enhance live performances and studio sessions by managing multiple VST instruments within your DAW. It allows users to switch instantly between up to 16 different VST instruments using their MIDI keyboard, providing seamless control without interrupting the creative flow. The plugin supports keyboard splitting into two zones, enabling performers to route distinct instruments to the upper and lower parts of the keyboard for dynamic live play.

Each instrument selection button routes MIDI signals to the corresponding VST instrument through dedicated MIDI channels, simplifying complex setups. Users need only connect their MIDI keyboard to Randomidi and assign their instruments to receive MIDI input from the appropriate channel within the DAW. The XL version of Randomidi includes extensive arpeggiator functionality with 16 individual arpeggiators and 999 preset variations, allowing spontaneous and diverse note patterns that can be switched instantly during performances.

Randomidi does not generate audio on its own but serves as a powerful MIDI routing tool to control other VST instruments. It offers a multi-mode that enables triggering several instruments simultaneously and allows octave adjustments for each keyboard zone.
