At its core, Plasmonic features a unique pair of self-oscillating filters—a delay-based waveguide and a multimode ladder filter—that can be arranged in series or parallel configurations. These filters interact with multiple audio sources, including two wavetable oscillators with waveform transformations, a sample-based impulse generator ideal for exciting the waveguide, and a filtered noise generator.
