MidSider is designed primarily for use within Reaper but is compatible with any digital audio workstation that supports a single track handling at least eight channels. This plugin enhances your audio processing by introducing mid-side capabilities to any existing plugin, allowing more precise control over the stereo image and spatial dynamics.

With the latest version, MidSider3 expands its functionality by enabling users to process the left or right channel individually in addition to standard mid-side and stereo operations. This flexibility allows you to audition how your audio will sound when processed through different stereo modes without needing to bypass or leave the plugin, streamlining your workflow and improving creative options.

Recent updates include the addition of a Delta-function, which helps isolate differences between channels, as well as a wet/dry control for blending processed and unprocessed signals more effectively. To improve gain staging, the gain control is now positioned after the plugin being processed by MidSider. These enhancements, along with minor bug fixes, make MidSider3 a powerful tool for precise stereo manipulation and mid-side processing.
