The interface provides focused controls, clear metering, and full automation support, making it ideal for both mixing and mastering tasks while simplifying complex M/S recording setups.

This tool includes high-resolution M/S gain faders, tilt EQs inspired by Tiltshift, and features such as M/S mute, solo, and panning options, as well as encoding and decoding capabilities. Multiple stereo width modes enable users to shape the stereo field in distinct ways, from classic width adjustments to psychoacoustically informed natural width controls. Additionally, the shuffler modes offer expansive manipulation of the stereo image, particularly effective for adjusting low-end width.

A standout feature is the Mono Below section, which allows precise control over the stereo width of bass frequencies. This function can narrow the stereo image below a chosen frequency, helping to anchor the low end while maintaining a spacious overall sound. With adjustable strength, a sweepable center frequency, bass makeup processing, and a listen mode to monitor the filtered elements, Midside delivers a polished and balanced stereo image that enhances clarity and depth in any production.
