AlphaLive serves as the dedicated software for AlphaSphere nexus and AlphaSphere elite instruments, functioning primarily as a comprehensive MIDI mapping editor. It enables users to customize the behavior of their hardware with precision, transforming the AlphaSphere into a highly expressive electronic musical instrument and controller. Its user-friendly interface simplifies the process of programming, making it suitable for composition, live performance, and studio production.

Beyond MIDI mapping, AlphaLive offers integrated tools for audio playback and sequencing. Users can trigger, loop, and manipulate audio samples, as well as record and edit MIDI and audio step sequences. The software also supports sending OSC (Open Sound Control) messages, facilitating advanced control and integration with other digital systems. This flexibility supports dynamic live setups and creative sound design workflows.

AlphaLive includes a rich 1GB library of professionally curated audio loops and hits, enhancing creative possibilities right out of the box. It allows individual or grouped pad programming and can save up to 20 different pad configurations within a single project.
