Tubular is a comprehensive guitar amplifier simulation suite that recreates the full circuitry of classic and modern amps using advanced physical modeling techniques. It features 15 detailed amp heads, each with authentic channels, switches, and controls, representing a wide range of tones from clean and bluesy to heavy distortion. The suite also includes a rich collection of speaker cabinets, speakers, and microphones, combined through a hybrid approach that blends impulse responses with physical simulation for highly flexible and realistic sound shaping.

Beyond amplifier and cabinet modeling, Tubular offers a variety of effects pedals and modulation tools, including distortion units developed from actual circuit schematics, as well as chorus, tremolo, delay, and reverb effects powered by Velvetverb technology. Its user interface is designed for ease of use, with pre-configured settings that allow players to quickly access authentic tones without extensive tweaking. The software runs as a 64-bit VST3 on Windows and both VST3 and AU formats on macOS, supporting Intel and Apple Silicon processors.
