Synth1 Librarian is a free plugin designed to enhance the experience of using Ichiro Toda's Synth1 Analog Synth. It streamlines patch management by providing efficient tools to browse and organize large patch collections, making it easier to explore sounds within extensive libraries.

The plugin organizes patches into more than 50 categories and uses intelligent methods to identify similar sounds, helping users quickly locate desired presets. It supports custom organization by allowing users to create their own categories and banks, while also enabling direct saving of custom patches from Synth1 into these banks.

Additional features include random patch selection to discover new sounds, automatic scanning of zipbank folders with duplicate library exclusion, and the ability to apply color coding to patches. Parameters of patches can also be adjusted and automated within the host DAW, providing a seamless workflow for sound design and performance.
