Strummer S7 is a virtual instrument crafted to deliver authentic guitar strumming experiences. It utilizes multi-sampled guitar libraries known as SS7 Packs or can control external VST instruments through MIDI-Out, allowing users to generate realistic six-string chord strumming from simple keyboard input. By pressing any chord containing at least three notes, Strummer S7 translates it into an accurate guitar rendition, making it easy to produce natural-sounding rhythms.

The instrument offers intuitive single-hand strumming, enhanced by a sound engine featuring round-robin sampling to avoid repetitive patterns. Users can either re-press keys to create rhythmic variations or hold chords when working with the built-in Pattern Sequencer, which is currently in beta. Strummer S7 also includes an internal humanizing function to add subtle timing and velocity variations, enhancing the realism of performances.

Designed with flexibility in mind, Strummer S7 supports two primary playing modes: strumming and solo/plucking. Its compatibility with MIDI-Out enables integration with compatible hosts and external instruments. Developed using a custom engine built with C++ and Synthedit, this virtual instrument delivers a responsive and expressive guitar strumming solution suitable for a wide range of musical styles.
