With support for WAV, AIF, FLAC, MP3, and OGG formats, Speedrum ensures compatibility with a wide range of audio files. Its user-friendly interface includes a waveform view and non-destructive editing tools, making sample manipulation straightforward and efficient.

This plugin offers extensive control over drum kits, enabling users to save and load kits, perform multi-pad editing, and customize pad functions including FX controls. MIDI learn functionality is available for every pad, along with saving and loading of trigger maps to streamline performance and production. Speedrum also supports up to 16 stereo outputs, and provides 8 cut and cut-by (choke) groups, enhancing the ability to manage sample playback with precision. Color coding pads and groups helps organize complex kits visually.

Built-in effects such as distortion, filter, compressor, and transient shaping add character and polish to drum sounds. The integrated loop slicer and sample browser with drag-and-drop loading, plus 10 favorite folder slots and sample previewing, facilitate quick access and arrangement of samples.
