The plugin features 12 distinct tape type and quality profiles, along with age modeling that can be adjusted continuously to simulate tape wear and tear over time. Two tape saturation modes deliver either a soft, warm distortion or a more aggressive, harsh effect. Additional elements such as tape hiss, dropouts, and a flexible stereo width control help enhance the realism of the tape experience. The wow and flutter section is highly customizable, including tempo syncing and a unique FM mode that modulates flutter rate for dynamic movement.

Beyond tape emulation, SketchCassette II includes flanging effects, noise-reduction encoding compression with controls for brightness and amount, and mix controls for tape filtering and compression to further shape your sound.
