Punish is a dynamic audio plugin designed to add character and edge to any mix or instrument track, ranging from subtle warmth to intense drive and compression. Originating from Heavyocity's acclaimed virtual instruments, this plugin brings the signature Punish effect into VST, AU, and AAX formats. It emulates custom analog signal chains, allowing users to manipulate Compression, Saturation, Transients, EQ, and Limiting. Each module can be used independently or combined to achieve the distinctive Punish sound.

At the core of Punish is a global control knob that simplifies the adjustment process, enabling precise dialing of the overall effect within user-set ranges. The compression section offers three unique models delivering a variety of dynamic responses, from smooth Class A buss compression to vintage limiting tones. The saturation module also presents three different flavors, including vintage mic-pre warmth and aggressive tube drive, adding grit or pushing tracks into powerful overload.

Punish further enhances audio with transient shaping to emphasize attack and sustain, alongside a straightforward yet effective EQ that adjusts high and low frequencies either before or after the main processing stages. To maintain audio integrity, a limiter with soft clipping controls is included to prevent clipping during heavy saturation. Compatible with major digital audio workstations on both Mac and Windows, Punish requires an internet connection for activation and supports 32 and 64-bit plugin formats.
