Nitrox is an analog-style synthesizer featuring three oscillators that provide a wide range of sound design options including pulse width modulation, frequency modulation, hard sync, amplitude modulation, and ring modulation. It includes five built-in waveforms and five customizable waveforms, along with three wave shapers to further sculpt your sounds. The synthesizer supports up to 16 voices, allowing for rich and complex polyphonic textures.

The instrument is equipped with two stereo filters and a comprehensive stereo effects section with three independent effect units. These units offer classic effects such as chorus, flanger, phaser, echo, reverb, filter, and formant processing, enabling users to add depth and character to their patches. The signal routing is fully configurable, allowing for flexible sound paths that can be tailored to individual creative needs.

Nitrox features a user-friendly interface focused on clarity and functionality rather than emulating traditional hardware. Each modulated parameter is clearly highlighted and can be controlled by up to two modulation sources, supported by an extensive modulation system including ADSRs, LFOs, custom envelopes, and mini sequencers. MIDI controller integration and parameter automation streamline workflow, making it a powerful tool for both studio production and live performance.
