It offers Adaptive Gain Sculpting (AGS), which modifies the EQ curve and gain structure to reshape the midrange response dynamically. This feature allows precise control over the tonal character, enabling musicians and producers to craft bass sounds that fit perfectly within a mix.

Equipped with a six-band equalizer, the plugin covers essential frequencies from 125 Hz up to 4 kHz, allowing fine adjustments across the bass spectrum. Users can choose from four carefully selected bass guitar cabinet simulations and four microphone emulations to replicate authentic amplifier setups. Additionally, the plugin includes a parallel direct input (D.I.) signal path with a console-style compressor and ambient reverb, providing depth and presence to the bass tone.

The Bass Hammer also features an impulse response loader that supports up to two third-party impulse responses, which can be blended and mixed with the D.I. signal both before and after processing.
