It features six voicecards, each containing three oscillators, delivering rich and complex tones. The Soundfont section supports 10-note polyphony, allowing for intricate layering and expansive harmonies. To emulate the subtle variations found in analog synthesizers, you can adjust drift values for oscillator tuning, pulse width, filter cutoff, and envelope times, adding organic movement and character to your sound.

This synthesizer excels at creating gritty, overdriven sounds thanks to multiple distortion options. Mixer levels above 50 induce distortion across oscillators, while the second filter includes a built-in distortion effect with an adjustable overdrive gain. Users can insert distortion effects at different stages, including a VCA overdrive in the mixer and an output stage distortion, giving extensive control over the intensity and character of the distortion. The unison mode allows up to six voicecards to play simultaneously, thickening the sound and enhancing its presence.

Memorymoon also includes performance features such as a host-synced arpeggiator, oscillator modulation, LFO, and delay, with the option for manual tempo control. It supports MIDI CC controls for master volume, modulation wheel, and foot pedal filter control, making it highly adaptable for live performances.
