HYDi Version 1.3 is a unique sound design tool that offers a fresh take on modular synthesis. Designed for users who enjoy deep sound manipulation, it features an extensive range of generators and modulation options. With multiple waveforms and processes across its primary generators, users can sculpt sounds with a high degree of control, including pulse width, morphing, and destabilization parameters.

The plugin includes a diverse set of auxiliary waveforms, noise types, and sub-generators, allowing for rich layering and complex tonal textures. Its modulation capabilities are robust, featuring two LFOs with various shapes, amplitude and frequency modulation, and four envelopes with customizable shapes and reset options. The filter section offers 15 different types, including zero-delay feedback and transistor ladder designs, with single and dual modes that can be modulated independently.

HYDi also incorporates three effect slots with a total of sixteen effects, including compressors, auto-panners, resonators, delays, flangers, frequency shifters, and reverbs. These effects enhance sound shaping possibilities, making it a comprehensive environment for experimental and intricate sound creation.
