The Saturator mode emulates tape or push-pull amplifier saturation by compressing the waveform and introducing warm odd harmonic distortion, creating a smooth and thickened sound. The Exciter mode enhances harmonic detail without compressing the signal, resulting in a brighter and more lively audio character.

This plugin is effective for increasing perceived loudness and brightness without introducing the common pumping artifacts associated with traditional compressors or limiters. It can be used before compressors to tame transients, reducing the need for heavy compression, or applied after compression to add consistent harmonic richness.
