Spaces is a comprehensive audio bundle designed to give you full control over the spatial positioning and movement of your sound sources. Whether working with simple stereo files, multichannel setups, or complex multi-speaker diffusion networks, Spaces lets you precisely locate where your sounds appear and direct their trajectories within the sound field. This flexibility extends to handling from 1 to 32 audio channels and positioning them across up to 32 output channels, offering a highly immersive and dynamic spatial audio experience.
The bundle includes three innovative modules that expand creative possibilities for spatial audio manipulation. The core module provides smooth automation of sound positions and trajectories, allowing detailed control over how sounds move in space. SpaceGrain introduces the ability to generate up to 100 distinct spatial grains, randomly assigning input signals to different points in the multi-channel environment, which can be enhanced with delay and feedback for unique effects. SpaceFilter further refines spatialization by splitting the input signal into four independent frequency bands, each of which can be individually positioned and processed with delay and resonance to create intricate movement patterns across speakers.
Spaces offers powerful tools for sound designers and post-production mixers seeking to create immersive audio environments or precisely position sound elements in relation to visual content. Its intuitive graphical interface clearly displays source locations and intensities, making it easier to manage complex multichannel projects. Additional features like smooth interpolation between presets, random parameter variations, MIDI control, and support for multiple plugin formats enhance workflow flexibility. With Spaces, users can craft spatial effects that move sounds around in any direction, opening new dimensions for audio creativity and enhancing the listener's experience.
