The modulation of the delayed signal's playback speed is driven by a sinusoidal low-frequency oscillator (LFO), which can be customized using parameters that control its intensity and speed. This allows for dynamic shaping of the chorus effect, making it adaptable to various musical contexts.

For stereo signals, GChorus applies independent LFOs to each channel, with the phase relationship between the left and right channels adjustable to create a wider, more immersive soundstage. Additionally, the mix of the original and processed signals can be fine-tuned to achieve the desired balance.
