Unlike standard network MIDI solutions, Bome Network features Remote Direct MIDI ports, which let you directly select and utilize MIDI devices connected to other machines on the network. All MIDI connections are persistent, automatically reconnecting after system restarts to ensure uninterrupted workflow. The basic version supports connections to BomeBoxes, while advanced features are accessible through in-app purchases.

Upgrading to Bome Network Pro unlocks the ability to link unlimited computers, iOS devices, and BomeBoxes for a fully integrated MIDI network.
