Bidule is a realtime modular creation studio designed for artists who want to explore new creative possibilities in music production. It allows users to build custom live music environments by integrating audio and MIDI devices, VST instruments, plugins, and ReWire devices. The flexible patching system enables real-time connections between components, providing an interactive and dynamic workflow as your music plays.

This software includes a wide range of built-in modules, from high-level tools like step sequencers and loop players to low-level building blocks such as math functions, phase vocoder FFT, bandlimited oscillators, FIR filters, envelopes, and delay lines. These elements can be combined to create complex groups or macro modules, empowering users to design unique sound processing chains tailored to their needs.

Bidule supports full ASIO for low latency performance and offers 24-bit linear audio file read/write with a 32-bit floating-point signal path. It operates with various Windows audio drivers, including ASIO, DirectSound, and MM, and supports MIDI input and output. For optimal visual performance, a video card with strong OpenGL support is required, ensuring smooth handling of its graphical interface and real-time interactions.
