The AQ560 is a 10-band graphic equalizer inspired by a classic American EQ from the late 1960s, offering precise filtering with high headroom for signal enhancement. This plugin captures the essence of vintage analog equalization while integrating modern digital flexibility. Its design allows users to intuitively shape audio with familiar octave-centered controls and up to 12 dB of boost or cut per band, ensuring a broad range of tonal adjustments.

Featuring a unique Proportional Q design, the filter bandwidth adjusts dynamically, becoming wider at low boost or cut levels and narrowing as the adjustment increases. This provides natural and musical curve shaping that adapts to the user’s needs. The AQ560 supports multiple modes, including Stereo, Mid, and Side EQ, enabling precise control over different aspects of the stereo image. An IN/OUT switch allows quick bypassing for easy before-and-after comparisons.
