Alien Solo is a monophonic synthesizer designed to be controlled by your voice, enabling you to sing, hum, or vocalize melodies that it transforms into lead or bass synth lines. Its pitch tracking system is finely tuned for the human vocal range, ensuring accurate and responsive control over the synth’s sound. While optimized for vocals, Alien Solo can also process other monophonic audio sources, expanding its creative applications beyond just singing.

The synth features stable and precise pitch and envelope tracking, which helps maintain musical accuracy during performance. An auto-tune function keeps your notes perfectly in tune, making it easier to achieve polished results. Alien Solo offers two analogue-style oscillators with a wide 5-octave transpose range, along with mixing, frequency modulation, and ring modulation modes that provide a broad palette of sonic textures.

Additional character is added by a vocoder-like morphing filter that blends your voice’s tonal qualities with the synthesizer sound. The unit includes analogue-style filters with selectable 2, 4, or 6-pole slopes, controlled through envelope following and pitch tracking for dynamic sound shaping.
