It recalculates existing spatial information from the original stereo mix, preserving the natural room ambiance while delivering a true 5.1 listening experience. This approach ensures that the integrity of the audio source remains intact, providing a clean and natural surround sound conversion.

The plugin offers precise control over the spatial characteristics of both front and rear channels. Users can adjust the stereo width for front and rear channels independently, ranging from narrow to wide settings, allowing customization of the soundstage depth and breadth. Additionally, the rear precision control modifies how rear channel information is processed, balancing between adding more diffuse ambient signals and maintaining clear directional cues, which enhances the warmth and subtlety of the surround environment.

Each output channel in the 5.1 configuration features adjustable output levels with a range of plus or minus 6 dB, along with a master output control for overall volume management. Mute buttons are available for each individual channel, allowing users to isolate or silence specific speakers during mixing or playback.
