Manchester-based artist Synkro (Joe McBride) began as a dubstep and garage producer in the late 2000s, evolving into a creator of atmospheric drum'n'bass, ambient, and IDM. His notable works include the melancholic EP Broken Promise (2012) and the ambient/new wave fusion Images (2019), alongside collaborations with ASC and Indigo in the Akkord project.
